Just a little post today, and its showing off my newly painted swooping hawks. Before the tournament i started painting them so they weren't all purple but i never got round to finishing them, until now. So here they are.
The colour scheme is my basic eldar purple and bone but i wanted to add a little more blue to them so with the wings i painted them bleached bone then washed them twice with a blue wash. I think it give them a little something special about them.
Next i will be leaving the eldar painting alone for a little bit and go back to the renegade guard as i haven't shown them any love since finishing off the first squad. And with rumors about a new codex coming out relatively early new year it makes me want to have at least a small force built and painted (but knowing me its not happening).

As a request. Could you post a more detailed pic of your Swooping Hawks. I Really want to see more.
