Night Goblin list 2000 point

Who doesn't love the underdog? I know I find it hard not to be on their side, and in warhammer fantasy one of the biggest underdogs are the goblins. Now I do have a soft stop for the forest goblins, as they are rather under developed these days compared to what they once where, but for now I'm focusing on the night goblins. I know a lot of people play around with the night goblins, and that has put me off in the past a little, but hell, the little buggers have squigs so I'm going to play with them for a bit.

Goblins vs Warriors of chaos: Elven Tower

In the wide, a lone elven watch tower stands, said to contain a most powerful artifact. Two forces clash in order to take it, the hordes of chaos and a vast clan of night goblins. This game is a 1500 point game of the watch tower.

So as I mentioned before I have done a little bit of work on my Renegades and heretics, which includes getting the Battle tanks painted, as well as getting the rogue psyker finished off.

Renegades and Heretics VS Elysian D-99 veterans 2000 points: Valkyrie down

Knowing the position of the heretics, the Imperium send in their finest for a lightning attack. Who better than the veterans of the Elysian drop troopers? The forces of chaos still have a surprise up their sleeve, as they have been reinforced by the chaos space marines, unknown to the Imperium. Can the swift but weak units of the Guard take on hordes of the Heretics? The game is Relic, with hammer and anvil deployment.

So... I'm Not Dead

First of all I would like to apologise for my long absence from my blog. I know I said I wanted to slow it down all those months ago, but I just burnt out, I was spending more time on my blog than I was actually playing or painting. It was just wrong, I played because I liked the game, not so I could have something to talk about on my blog. Battle reports are biggest offender, taking a good few hours to write, edit, and sort out the pictures. And as my blog only seemed to be battle reports... I just burnt out.

Imperial Armour 13 Review: Part 2

My first review was focused on the Renegades and Heretics army list present in the book, as I was rather exited about having a list for chaos that wasn't marines or daemons. Now I think its time that I went over some of the other things in the book that deserve a mention. As its the war machines of the last and the damned, you can Imagen there is a lot to say.

Renegades and Heretics vs Elysian D-99 veterans 1000 points: Drop zone

This is my first game using the Forgeworld Renegades and Heretics list and its against another forgeworld list, this one from the relatively recent release Imperial armour 4, second edition, the Elysian D-99 Veterans list. This game represents the Imperium trying to get a foot hold on the chaos held world in our campaign. Its a 1000 point game of Purge the Alien.
