Throne of Skulls Painting Challenge: Complete!

Finally the challenge is complete and my whole army is painted, with the objectives as well! I am bloody amazed that its done but I’m happy that I get to take this army to throne of skulls. Hopefully I should get a few good battle reports in as well in the deal.
First of all here is the Medusa finally finished in all of its glory, its not too bad, more of a kin to the battle tanks and heavy weapons. I have splashed on a few runes of chaos in blood for good measure.

The objectives I made out of some spare chaos banners I had knocking around. They are painted in a very basic way so they don’t stand out too much on the battle field. But I think I have clearly shown which number is each using roman numerals, I just hope in the middle of the game is clear enough.

And finally here is the whole army in all of its glory. I am very happy with how it looks, the daemons stand out a little but they still look a bit like a unified force.

Now that I have all this painting out the way hopefully I can get back to writing a few more battle reports.

  1. Finally an update!

That Medusa looks fantastic! I'm glad it does, too, because so far I've always preferred the more pricey and fragile (?) Chimera variant.

Good luck at the tournament and don't forget to take some pics!!

Cant wait for you to get disqualified by some min/maxing power gamer over your use of square bases ;)
