Triumph and Treachery: Stormcast vs Khorne vs Moonclan 2k

When an Artefact of power is discovered in the mortal realms it often can draw unwanted attention. In this case three Generals have been dispatched to capture the Relic and prevent it from falling into the wrong hands. Three forces, each from a difference Grand Alliance, have come into conflict and only the smartest will prevail. This is a 3 way game, each army is 2000 points in this Triumph and Treachery game.    

Rotwater Blight Game 5: Orcs vs Dwarfs

Old adversaries meet once more to settle grudges and avenge ancient wrongs. The Final game of Throne of skulls and the mission is War of Storms against a force of Dwarfs. We have to kill the general and hope the winds of fate blow in our favour.

Rotwater Blight Game 4: Orcs vs Seraphon

Game 4 and its against the Seraphon again but this time its more than just skinks. The game is Beast hunt with the orcs hunting down a Great Lizard beast. 

Rotwater Blight Game 2: Orcs vs Stormcast and Empire & Game 3

The second game of the Throne of skulls event and its the Ritual vs Stormcast Eternals with Empire support. My orcs must defend the ritual while the stormcast try to prevent it. Also its a bit of a double report in a way as i have also tagged on game 3 to the bottom of the report as well. 

Rotwater Blight Game 1: Orcs vs Sylvaneth

The first game at Rotwater blight and its Hold or die against a Sylvaneth force. As we have special rules for the games my orcs become followers of Nurgle for this game, well they are green so that's close enough I guess.

Orcs vs Daemons of Nurgle: Battle through the puss

Once again I delve into the world of Age of Sigmar with my Orcs to see what they can do. In this game my greenskins must force there way past a legion of nurgle daemons and support the battle else where. The game is Breakthrough, lets see if my black orcs can do it.

Vampire Counts vs Khorne Bloodbound: Hold the line!

My vampire counts face off against the forces of khorne, in a smaller game. Can the undead face a much more skilled foe this time round? The mission is breakthrough, so my undead legion has to hold off the blood frenzied followers of khorne for as long as possible.

Vampire Counts vs Skaven: Hordes and Swarms

For my first Age of Sigmar battle report, I bring out the dead, with my Vampire count force against a swarm of Skaven. The Battle Plan is War of Storms, so we are both attempting to push our territory forwards while defeating the enemy general.

Night Goblins vs Ogres 2k: Avalanche of muscle

I finally get to use my 2k Night Goblins list and its against the forces of the Ogre kingdoms. The game is Meeting engagement, so a few of our units might not make it to the battle on time. As long as its none of my hard hitting units, I should be ok. If I get lucky most of the ogres will sleep in.

Vampire Counts vs Skaven 2000 points: Boned

Another dive back into fantasy, but I really wanted to try out my undead horde so I broke out the vampire counts. My friend has been having some success with his skaven force so I tested out my list against him. The game was battle for the pass, with 2000 points.

Goblins vs Warriors of chaos: Elven Tower

In the wide, a lone elven watch tower stands, said to contain a most powerful artifact. Two forces clash in order to take it, the hordes of chaos and a vast clan of night goblins. This game is a 1500 point game of the watch tower.

A quick injection of Warhammer fantasy for you guys today, a bit of a spare of a moment game against my friends high elves. 1500 points, battle line game using a goblin only army. Now it’s been quite a while since we have both played fantasy so if you spot any mistakes, and their will be mistakes, please forgive us.

Finally got round to doing this again... after a very long brake I have finally started to record my games. This time round I’m going to take it a bit more seriously and actually make an army list that can take on armies and win, loosing all the time does get old really quickly. My aim is to get my army painted to a reasonable standard so in the new year I can go to my local Games workshop and try to get a bit more of a variety for you guys (all 3 of you) who read this. Regardless this is my new game...

This week it’s once again Orcs and Goblins vs. the High elves, in another pitched battle... but don’t cry boring we have already seen it, because this time it’s at 2000 points. Yer, bet you never saw that coming. And we have a (in)famous character on the table this game, the high mage Teclis.

Battle of bone and blood. OnG vs Tomb kings 1500

This week saw a 1500 points game against the Tomb Kings which was quite a fun game with a few interesting turns.  Now I have played the odd game or two against them so nothing is especially surprising here but I have learnt to fear a few units in particular (now don’t laugh at me, low ld gobbos make you fear allot). 

Under Flame and sword... Battle report OnG vs High elves 1500

So me and my friends are attempting to get a weekly gaming night sorted, hopefully increasing the amount of battle reports i can write, unfortunately for out first one we ran into lots of problems so hardly had any time reducing our points down to 1500 to fit the game in. In my little gaming group we have 5 players (bit awkward but such is life) and we play Orcs and Goblins (me obv), Daemons (as you have already seen) High elves (from now on HE1), Tomb kings and finally another High elf (from now on HE2). The tomb king player couldn't make it this time so with 4 of us it would be a nice easy number.

Well yesterday i ended up having an unexpected battle vs my mates daemons of chaos. Just a little friendly game of 2000 points and nothing competitive just a bit of fun.
