Expanding the Swarm

As promised, these are the models that I received from one of my favourite followers and fellow blogger. It’s practically a tyranids army in itself and will make a great addition to my current swarm. While I am busy currently on current projects I will defiantly be looking forward to these guys when I start them.

Eldar vs Death Guard Chaos Space marines 2000: Holding the Trench

Once again the Deathguard attempt to spread their contagions, the Eldar of Dem-Kirath must stop them. It’s a 2000 point game of Big guns never tire, on a rather interesting board, a trench system and bunkers. Eldar vs Chaos space marines.

Back In Action

Well February is now over and I’m back to my old schedule, it was nice having a bit of a break from the blog but it’s time to get back to it. I know I had some grant plans to do to it but none of that came to fruition as quickly as I wanted so we still have the same old blog for now.  

Eldar Vs Necrons 1750: Ancient Foes

The ancient foe has stirred, coming from their tombs and threatening an imperial world. Normally nothing to bother the Craftworld of Dem-Kirath, but if they are not stopped the seers have had visions of many eldar lives being lost in the future. The Battle is Eldar vs Necrons 1750, game type crusade with dawn of war deployment.

Eldar vs Imperial Guard 1500: Assault on Aquila 87

In a rather interesting game, my eldar force takes on an imperial guard force protecting an Aquila stronghold. Suicidal? Possibly. The stuff of legends? Obviously. The game is a 1500 point, Big guns never tire, with Vanguard strike Deployment.

A few more Tyranid thoughts...

I have had two games with the new tyranid codex, neither of which have gone very well, but both were extremely fun. Unfortunately my friend has taken back his tyranids from me so i won't be having any any more games with them, but i think i can still share my limited experience and see where i can go next with the nids.
